Clinical Director or Therapist
Turning Winds Academic Institute seeks a fully licensed, experienced Clinical Director. The ideal candidate will facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions effectively; maintain positive professional relationships while advocating appropriately; keep all administrative practices current and compliant; and develop a dream team of caring professionals who facilitate real, lasting change in the precious young lives entrusted to our care. (S)he will also work effectively with other departments, to integrate clinical purpose into the academic and program elements of the school and will lead the clinical team in adopting industry best practices, for improved client diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes. Some previous training in substance dependency, trauma, and experiential interventions is desirable. Supervisory experience is preferable, but not necessary.
